Selection and Orientation
Teknoloji Holding / Exım A.Ş has committed itself to selecting its employees amongst candidates who will respond to Teknoloji Holding / Exim's values and competency requirements of the job, make a contribution with their high motivation and performance, and who has the potential to carry our group to the future.
We publicize our vacancies via newspaper ads and human resources portals. We invite eligible candidates with adequate education and experience for interviews. In our selection and orientation process, for certain positions, we refer to techniques such as competency-based interviews, as well as personality inventory, foreign language and general aptitude tests.
We inform every interviewed candidate about the process and the result.
Working Conditions
Working Hours
In general, working hours for administrative staff are between 08:00-17:30, 5 days a week. Due to certain conditions, working hours may vary from time to time.
Meals
Employees are given meal cards. Employees who work at the Holding building may also benefit from the cafeteria on the terrace.
Transportation Service
We have vehicles that transport employees from different districts of Istanbul to our Holding building and other locations belonging to our companies.
Health Aid
All of our employees are covered with health insurance.
Salary Management
Employee salaries are determined by regarding inflation rate, individual performance results and market salary research results. Salaries are increased once a year, every January. Increase in salary is based on inflation rate, individual performance and market values.
